According to Amazon France, The Last of Us: Remastered will be getting a PlayStation 4 bundle.
The listing states that the new PS4 bundle is scheduled for release on July 30th, one day after The Last of Us: Remastered launches by itself on PS4. No word has come from Sony yet about the possibility of this releasing outside of France, or if it is even real. For now, all we can do is hope.
We found out over the weekend that those who pre-ordered The Last of Us: Remastered on PSN will be getting a $10 refund because of the price drop.
My Opinion:
This almost makes too much sense. If true, it is an incredibly smart move by Sony. Many people missed out on The Last of Us because they did not have a PlayStation 3 last year, so this will give them a reason to buy a PlayStation 4 and experience what I consider the best game ever made. If I didn’t already own a PlayStation 4, this would be the bundle I would buy. I really hope this is true, and that it releases worldwide.
