EA Sports has announced today that FIFA 15 will have all English Premier League (EPL) stadiums, new player faces, new commentary and goal line technology! The announcement was made on EA Sports FIFA YouTube account and on the EA website. This will be the first time that FIFA will have all the EPL stadiums, up from the 8 that they had in FIFA 14.
EA Sports also announced that there was over 200 new players head scanned to make players look much more authentic. Which also includes referees, who for the first time, will be proper referees instead of generic made up ones. FIFA 15 will also have new commentary and audio which has been recorded from over 20 English Premier League games from the past season. This will result in a more authentic atmosphere to the games. There will also be new broadcast graphics, which will be similar to what viewers are used to seeing in real life. Examples of new graphics will be team sheets, formations, score and clock, next fixture and player stats.
A new feature also added to FIFA 15 will be goal line technology. Where replays will show if the ball passed the line, if it was a close call. My Opinion: I’m excited! It’s great that leagues are finally getting the attention that they deserve. However, the goal line technology seems really pointless to me! But I am happy with the stadiums and players faces and I do really like the HUD this year!
