Super Smash Bros. 3DS XL Likely Coming to America

Earlier today, a Walmart flyer was spotted by a BlueRay forum user showcasing the Super Smash Bros.-themed 3DS XL announced earlier this week may be coming to North America this month.

The blue or red Super Smash Bros.-themed Nintendo 3DS XL, according to the flyer, is slated for release in North America on September 19th for $199.96. The exclusive 3DS XL showcases the logo for Super Smash Bros. as well as numerous characters, including Samus, Link, Mario and Villager. There is no indication, as of now, that the Nintendo 3DS XL will have Super Smash Bros. for 3DS pre-loaded on the device.

The same 3DS XL (red and black) was previously announced by Nintendo of Europe and will be available in Europe on October 3rd with the system pre-loaded with Super Smash Bros. for 3DS.

Super Smash Bros. for 3DS hits shelves on September 13th in Japan, October 3rd in North America and Europe, and October 4th in Australia. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U currently has a Holiday 2014 release.

My Opinion:
I think this is no big surprise to anyone. I am interested to see different colors based on the regions. Regardless, I think this will continue to push the publicity of the game even more and get everyone more excited about its release.
