The Crew Delayed

Those hoping to get their hands on The Crew in November will have to wait a little bit longer.

Ubisoft’s open-world racer has been delayed until December 2nd, according to the Ubiblog. The team plans to use the extra time to address player issues and suggestions that arose during the closed betas.

“We are now scrutinizing all of the player feedback so we can ensure that The Crew delivers the seamless open-world experience that meets everyone’s high expectations,” Creative Director Julian Gerighty says.

The Crew has already had two betas, and the teams at Ubisoft Reflections and Ivory Tower planned another for November.

My Opinion:

In most cases game delays are a good thing, and I respect Ubisoft for their willingness to delay a game if it is not ready.  However, as of late, it seems as though every major title from Ubisoft is gets delayed at some point.  Luckily the new release date for The Crew isn’t far from the original date.
