PlayStation Experience Is Headed to Sin City

Are you a big PlayStation fan?  Have you ever wanted to visit Las Vegas?  Well Sony has you covered with the recently announced PlayStation Experience.  The two day community event takes place December 6th & 7th in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Attendance for a one day pass will cost $50, while a two day pass is $90.  No specific venue has been announced, but more details on how to be a part of the fan experience are forthcoming on October 20th.

So what exactly does the experience entail?  The event promises to reward PlayStation fans with all sorts of gaming content and activities.  Gamers will have hands-on access to play upcoming PlayStation titles.  There will be the chance to meet top developers, sit in on panels, score free swag, and purchase rare collectibles from your favorite game studios.  Attendees will also get an exclusive sneak peek at what the PlayStation has to offer in 2015.

What if you bleed PlayStation through and through, but can’t attend?  No need to fret, as the event will be covered via the PlayStation Blog with all the breaking news and live video that your heart can take.

My Opinion:

Growing up as kid,  I was a die-hard Nintendo fan.  Every system I owned was a Nintendo product until I purchased a PS3. Since then I have added a Vita to my Sony products and plan to get a PS4 next year.  I really have become a fan of the company in recent years and this event sounds like a fun experience.  I won’t be able to attend in person, but I will be keeping an eye out for any exciting new game announcements or footage that may come out of the two days in Vegas.
