Halo: The Master Chief Collection Goes Gold

With less than a month until its release, Halo: The Master Chief Collection has gone gold.  This means that game is complete and discs are being printed and packaged.

According to the blog posted on Halo Waypoint, this also means that the collection can be pre-ordered digitally and pre-downloaded later today.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is shaping up to be one of the “biggest Halo experiences so far.”  The game includes Halo: Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3 and Halo 4.  The package will also come with every map released for each of these games and access to the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be available November 11, 2015 for Xbox One.

My Opinion:

The closer we get to the launch, the more excited I get.  While I can’t say I’m too excited to replay Halo: Anniversary, Halo 3, and Halo 4, I am very excited to play through Halo 2 again.
