Nintendo of America has announced that Hyrule Warriors will be compatible with the Link Amiibo figurine.

Until now, Hyrule Warriors was not on the list of games to feature Amiibo support. So far, only the Link Amiibo has been confirmed, although one could assume that the Zelda Amiibo will be usable as well.

How the Amiibo features will play into the game is still a mystery at this point.

My Opinion:

As someone who plans on buying every Amiibo figurine, I look forward to being able to use them in all kinds of games. The more the merrier, I say!
