Grand Theft Auto V on PS4 and XB1 will be 1080p and 30fps

Rockstar has revealed the frame rate and resolution for Grand Theft Auto V on new-gen systems, and it looks absolutely stunning.

According to a blog post on Rockstar’s official website on November 4th, Grand Theft Auto V will run at a native 1080p and a solid 30fps on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Videophiles will be thrilled to hear that the PC version will also be 4K compatible.

Grand Theft Auto V on new-gen systems will be touting a number of upgrades from last-gen versions, including a first person perspective mode, new missions, weapons, and vehicles. It is slated for release on November 18th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and January 27, 2015 for PC.

My Opinion:

The amount of content Rockstar has added into Grand Theft Auto V for new-gen consoles is mind boggling. The improved visuals showcase what is possible in this new generation of hardware, and I can’t wait to dive in myself!
