As promised by Sony to make amends for PlayStation Network’s holiday outage, a storewide 10% discount is now live on PSN. The one-time discount applied to a total cart purchase may be used between now and 12 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, January 26th.
The discount may be used toward all games, movies and TV shows, except for rentals. Despite the original announcement, pre-orders are not eligible for the discount. PlayStation Plus and Music Unlimited subscriptions, along with movie, show and PlayStation Now rentals, are also ineligible.
As seen in the photo above, the North American discount code is KF56EM5KB3.
To combine PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Vita content into one purchase, use Sony’s web store instead of the console-specific stores.
It’s unfortunate we can’t use the discount on pre-orders, since that seemed to be the collective Internet’s plan for this offer. Every current game over three consoles is discounted, however, so I’m sure you’ll find a good reason to spend a little money and save a little money this weekend. I’ll be buying some digital titles and DLC I’ve been eyeing for a while.
