Today on IGN First, NetherRealm Studios revealed the next fighter in their long running series, Mortal Kombat. The new game, Mortal Kombat X, will include Reptile.

Reptile, who started as a secret character in the original Mortal Kombat, has been playable since Mortal Kombat 2 and has been a fan favorite ever since. This new trailer shows off a Reptile vs. Kung Lao with an X-Ray and part of a fatality for Reptile.

Mortal Kombat X will arrive for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on April 14th.

My Opinion:

I’m still waiting on a Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade reveal, but I get more excited for the game with each new character announcement. I love the Mortal Kombat series, and this new one looks to be even bigger than any before it.
