During the 30 hour Persona stream, Atlus teased that they would show something about Persona 5, and in the final minutes they revealed a new gameplay trailer for Persona 5.

The trailer shows off new animated scenes, gameplay, and the art style. It does indeed look darker than both Persona 3 and Persona 4.

There is no real release date yet, but Persona 5 is set to release sometime in 2015 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.

My Opinion:

To say I’m excited is an understatement. This is my second most anticipated game of 2015 behind Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and seeing this new trailer just reached new levels of hype for me. I know that hype is dangerous, but I haven’t played a bad Persona game yet.
