The final chapter to Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy, Batman: Arkham Knight, has been delayed. Fortunately, fans won’t have to wait too much longer.
The news came from Twitter early this morning. The game will now ship on June 23rd, rather than June 2nd. Exactly three weeks from its original launch date.

This isn’t the first time Arkham Knight has been delayed. Originally intended for a Fall 2014 release, the developer pushed back the release almost eight months in order to avoid any compromises.
To hold players over, Rocksteady and Warner Bros. released a seven minute gameplay trailer that shows Batman traversing Gotham as he chases down an armored vehicle.
My Opinion:
The wait has been long, but I think the delay will be well worth it in the end. I’d much rather have a delayed game than a broken game. However, I wish Rocksteady and WB weren’t so quick to give Arkham Knight a release date when it was announced.
