Ahead of launch, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection has received an odd but spirited new trailer.
The trailer is a gameplay/live action hybrid and touts improvements made in the collection such as improved graphics and frame rates, four player couch co-op, cross save functionality with last gen consoles, and a heap of contact. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is shaping up to be a real treat for both fans of the Borderlands franchise and newcomers alike. See for yourself in the trailer below.
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection includes Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel along with various DLC. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection releases today for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
My Opinion:
I am a huge fan of the Borderlands series. I never managed to complete Borderlands 2, and had made the generation leap by the time Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel launched. While I’ve been having a blast with Tales from the Borderlands, this trailer has made me hungry for another trip to the Borderlands in the way it was originally intended. I think Borderlands: The Handsome Collection will slake that hunger nicely, I can’t wait to catch up on what I’ve missed!
