According to a new report, The Last Guardian may finally be ready to be re-revealed at this year’s E3.

As part of The Guardian’s feature detailing their most anticipated games of E3 2015, it was revealed that they have it on “very good authority” that this is the year we will finally see Team ICO’s latest game.

The follow-up to the critically acclaimed Shadow Of The Colossus has not been shown since E3 2009, so it remains to be seen if the anticipated reveal will bare any resemblance to the then PlayStation 3 game that we saw six years ago.

We already know that The Last Guardian still lives, but while we did find out about the development cycle’s “completely new conditions” late last year, we still don’t know about the state of the game.

Luckily we don’t have long to wait, with Sony’s press conference scheduled to take place on Monday June 15th, at 9pm ET.

My Opinion:

Until I have a copy of The Last Guardian in my hand I won’t believe that this game is coming. No doubt there have been huge changes to this game since its last reveal, and I just worry that the anticipation has become too great. I would love to know the story behind this game’s development; maybe one day we will find out.
