Anyone who likes leveling up will love Fallout 4.
Fallout 4 will be one of 2015’s biggest releases, and it looks like players can keep going forever. Bethesda has confirmed that the game will have no level cap. However, in Fallout 3, skills capped out at 100 skill points, regardless of level. For now, the exact nature of the skill system is unknown.
Additionally, Fallout 4 can be played even after the main story is over. This allows players to keep on exploring the game world and complete quests that are left over. The original release of Fallout 3 was unplayable after the story was over. This proved unpopular, so DLC was released that allowed it to be continued.
Fallout 4 will be released on November 10th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
My Opinion:
I like that Bethesda is taking note of past mistakes regarding the game ending, but I am worried about the leveling system. I want to feel like I am becoming more powerful, but not so much that I am basically a god that is smiting everything in his/her path.

Have you played Skyrim? The leveling system is the same way and enemies scale with you so I’m guessing it’ll be the same way in Fallout 4. After The Witcher 3’s disappointment I need Fallout 4 to blow me away. I’ve been looking forward to this game for a really long time.
