Sony and Bluepoint Games has released a new trailer to the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection as well as providing new details about what it will come with the collection.
The game will run at 1080p/60fps while having improved lighting, audio, graphics, and rendering. As well as having everything improved, it will also come with three new modes that can be played across all three games: Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.
- Explorer Mode – This mode is easier than easy where you can enjoy the story without the risk of death halting the flow.
- Speed Run Mode – This allow players to beat chapters as fast as possible with a leaderboard for your friends and other players to track.
- Brutal Difficulty Mode – This mode is harder than the infamous Crushing Mode of the first three games. Crushing Mode must be beaten before you can choose Brutal Difficulty.
Apart from the new features, old ones will be returning as well as it seems that the single player store will be included, meaning that over 65 skins will be playable across all three games. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will also come with a multiplayer beta for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End regardless if you preordered the game or not.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, which only comes with the single player portion of the first three games, will arrive on October 9th exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
My Opinion:
I may not be able to help myself with this. I love this series so much and I would love to play them before playing Uncharted 4. The fact that it seems that the single player store will return and will be available in all three games is awesome. It was something that was greatly missing from Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.
