Playdead’s critical darling, Inside, won’t be exclusive to Xbox One much longer.
The news first broke via a leaked PlayStation 4 trophy list that appeared on exophase.
It has since been confirmed by VG — thanks to a close and trusted source — that the game will release for PS4 sometimes near the end of month.
Inside initially launched for Xbox One on June 29, 2016, garnering a very impressive 93 on Metacritic once released. A steam release followed the following week.
What is Inside?
Inside is a 2D puzzle platformer where hunted and alone, a boy finds himself drawn into the center of a dark project. The game packs a dosage of mystery and wonder very few games could ever hope to achieve, a gorgeous presentation, and thought provoking puzzles that will keep you glued to your seat.
My Opinion:
I held out on Inside — it was an incredibly difficult struggle, but I did. Why? Trophies.
