As part of E3’s lead-up week, THQ Nordic has announced that a Destroy All Humans! remake is in the works for this 2005 cult-classic.
Destroy All Humans! brings players to 1950s Earth where they play as an evil alien, Crypto-137. During the adventure, Crypto harvests DNA, works to bring down the United States government, and destroy as many humans (ideally all humans by the name of the game) with a variety of weapons and psychic abilities.
Destroy All Humans! is set to release in 2020, the 15th anniversary of the series, for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
My Opinion:
I have no nostalgia for the original game – I quite frankly didn’t even know that this game existed until a few years ago. However, the rock-out debut trailer and some older clips of the original game makes me think that I will absolutely fall in love with it’s insane shenanigans.
