Phil Spencer Announces Changes to Xbox & June’s Games with Gold

Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, has announced several new changes to Xbox, which include: Games with Gold coming to Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold no longer being required for accessing entertainment apps, and discounts for Gold members on games.
