The fourth and final Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel DLC will take place inside the mind of Claptrap himself.
Claptastic Voyage was announced at Gearbox Software’s PAX East panel, with official details later published on their website. The expansion takes players inside the mind of Claptrap on behalf of Handsome Jack in search of code that will give Handsome Jack even more power. Players will also discover the origins of Claptrap’s irrational love for dubstep and wub wub.
Claptastic Voyage will also include the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2, which gives players a level cap increase of ten levels and ten new skill points for each character. Both of these packs are included in the season pass for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
This newest DLC pack will launch on March 24 in North America for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. This launch is simultaneous with Borderlands: The Handsome Collection, which releases for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on the same day. Those who purchase The Handsome Collection will be able to download Claptastic Voyage free of charge.
My Opinion:
The hype intensifies! I’m very excited to play this and the entire Handsome Collection while controlling my RC Claptrap. Sounds like I’m gonna need more hands to multitask.
