You Can Play Tales from the Borderlands’ Second Episode Soon

At the Inside Gearbox Software panel at PAX East last week, Tales from the Borderlands Episode Two: Atlas Mugged was given a release date, and it’s probably much sooner than you think.

The second episode of Telltale GamesTales from the Borderlands will launch tomorrow on March 17th. While no specific platforms were mentioned, typically Telltale Games launch on PlayStation platforms and PC on Tuesdays and Xbox platforms the following day.

Based on the ever-popular Borderlands franchise, Tales from the Borderlands follows Rhys and his partners Vaughn and Yvette as they attempt to work their way up Hyperion’s corporate ladder. In typical Borderlands fashion, things don’t always work out, and hilarity ensues.

If you’re a big Borderlands fan, March is shaping up to be a big month. The following week on March 24th, Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is launching on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It combines Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel into one remastered package with all previously-released DLC and the upcoming Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel DLC named Claptastic Voyage, which releases the same day. So call in all your vacation time, because you’re gonna need it to experience all this Borderlands goodness.

While you wait for the second episode of Tales from the Borderlands, enjoy a nice cold glass of liquid refreshment, and read my review of Episode One: Zero Sum! Keep an eye out for my review of Episode Two: Atlas Mugged, which will follow shortly after its release!

My Opinion:

The hype is so real. I can’t wait! In the famous words of Claptrap, “Stairs?! Nooooooooooooooooooo!”
