2015 was a big year for Microsoft with exclusive titles like Halo 5 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. With its latest video, the company looks to reassure gamers that the past year was just the beginning of what’s in store for the Xbox One.
In their new video, a number of exclusive and multi-platform titles are highlighted for the system. While games like The Division and Mirror’s Edge Catalyst are headed to PlayStation 4 as well, Gears of War 4, Crackdown 3, ReCore, and Sea of Thieves all highlight the fact that Microsoft still has ammunition in the chamber in terms of console exclusives. Watch the video below to see what’s in store on Xbox One for the upcoming year and beyond.
Looking strictly at the console exclusives alone, 2016 is shaping up to be a very nice year for the Xbox One. While Scalebound has already been delayed to 2017 and it wouldn’t shock me if some other games like Crackdown 3 or ReCore join it, I expect Microsoft to have a very solid year. The most intriguing title to me in the video is Quantum Break, not only for its excellent graphics, but for its ambitious mixture of game and television show.
