The Final Station gets release date

Today, tinyBuild Games announced that its upcoming post-apocalyptic survival train simulator, The Final Station, is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 30th.

Here is an official description of the game provided via the PlayStation Blog:

“Travel by train through a dying world. Look after your passengers, keep your train operational, and make sure you can always reach the next station. Make your way through swarms of infected at each station. Explore mysterious and abandoned stations looking for supplies and survivors.”

In simpler terms: think Snowpiercer the movie, This War of Mine, Organ Trail, love baby.

For more information and screenshots, be sure to check out the game’s website.

My Opinion:

Somehow this game has completely flown under my radar. Despite never hearing about it until today, I’m more pumped for this game than any other game in August. If the trailer interested you at all, I highly recommend going and reading the entire write up at the PlayStation Blog.
