During Gamescom today, we found out that two Suicide Squad members will be playable in Injustice 2.

NetherRealm Studios announced that Deadshot and Harley Quinn will join the ranks as playable characters. Though Harley Quinn returns to the series, this will be Deadshot’s debut in the Injustice Universe.

The trailer showcases Harley Quinn in a variety of skins, along with her stylized hyenas. Deadshot also makes a much more combat-heavy appearance, even with a powerful attack that might do more than just harm the Dark Knight. You can check out the trailer below:

Injustice 2 is set for a 2017 release on Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

My Opinion:
I think this comes to no surprise that several members of the Suicide Squad would naturally come to the game following the movie released a few weeks ago. Regardless, the roster continues to grow with fan favorites – something that I think fans will have a hard time griping about.
