Not long after its official announcement at PlayStation Experience 2016, Capcom has revealed the first gameplay footage for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite.

The action features the same characters shown at PSX, as Ryu and Mega Man X join forces to take on Iron-Man and Captain Marvel. In addition to quick tag-team fighting action, the footage shows off the Infinity Stones present in the game.  Players can choose between one of six Infinity Stones, granting unique abilities and power to alter the outcome of any battle.

My Opinion:

While it wasn’t exactly a surprise when it was unveiled at PSX, I am really glad to see the series return. I will be looking forward to seeing additional characters unveiled as it nears its late 2017 release.
