PlayStation 4 owners, Christmas is coming early! Sony unveiled what games that will be in the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection (IGC) in December and January, although only for the PlayStation 4.

For December, owners can take the role of a DC character in NetherRealm Studio’s fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition, which includes all of the DLC characters — Lobo, Batgirl, Martian Manhunter, General Zod, Zatanna and Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion. The game, released last year, followed the Justice League and their super villain counterparts as they experience an alternate world where Superman becomes a tyrant.

Also in the same month, Secret Ponchos will join the IGC. Secret Ponchos is a top-down twin stick online shooter where players take each other out. Set in a spaghetti western world, the game has five maps but multiple modes and characters to play with.

For January, players will get their hands on the inFAMOUS: Second Son expansion, inFAMOUS: First Light. Here, players take the role of Abigail “Fetch” Walker before she was captured by the D.U.P. With high-score chasing arenas to battle in, the game is a great value, especially for the price of free. For more about this game, check out MONG’s review.

Lastly, the puzzle platformer The Swapper will also be added to the IGC. The Swapper follows an astronaut who can clone himself as he explores a space station that had fallen into ruin. Using a Metroidvania sidescrolling, claymation style, the award-winning game will make require players to use their brains to make their way out of the station across PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita as well as PS4. My Opinion:

This is one of the best offerings PS Plus has had. I was coming close to picking up Injustice, and now the IGC is granting my wish! I also wanted to pick up The Swapper. Even though I already have First Light, I still love to support Sucker Punch and their games. What would you like to see for PS3 and Vita?
