Mortal Kombat X Revealed to Have Persistent Online Mode

More news has come to us from E3 pertaining to Mortal Kombat X. Ed Boon (co-creator of the Mortal Kombat series) has dropped the slightest bit of information on NetherRealm Studios’ next outing. An interview between Boon and Game Informer revealed a bit about Mortal Kombat X’s new online mode, as well as some interesting facts about the upcoming title and Mortal Kombat 9, the previous entry in the series. According to the trailer for ABZU that was shown at the Sony E3 Press Conference, “Ab” means water, and “zu” means “to know.” That said, I have very little idea of what exactly is going on in this game which developer Giant Squid Studios is bringing to us.
