Call of Duty: Black Ops III Beta Impressions

When I got my PlayStation 4 there was hardly any games to play on it. It hadn’t been out that long and the games I really wanted weren’t out yet. So I had a small selection of PlayStation 4 games to play. Infamous: Second Son was already out and I enjoyed that, but I wanted something else to play. The only game that intrigued me at the time was Call of Duty: Ghosts. Continue reading Call of Duty: Black Ops III Beta Impressions

Game of Thrones: A Nest of Vipers Review

SNAKES… I HATE SNAKES

If you weren’t expecting Game of Thrones Episode Five: A Nest of Vipers to ramp up the action, then you’ve clearly not spent enough time in Westeros. As the penultimate episode of the season, Episode Five finally shows just how far some Forresters will go in order to defeat their enemies. Last year saw the release of Deception IV: Blood Ties, a somewhat puzzly action RPG with an unusual premise: instead of attacking your enemies, you lay traps for them to walk into. Much like another Koei Tecmo title, Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, the game has been rereleased with some new content in order to get it on the PS4, with Vita and PS3 getting digital releases. This new version, Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess, features an extensive new campaign with a new main character, but is it worth buying the game again? Devastatingly Beautiful

Transformers has been a series that’s been in the heart of geekdom since it first hit the scene back in 1984. The series has seen many variations in terms of visuals and story whether it be in video games, comics, movies or TV shows. Now it seems like Platinum Games is taking us back to the series’ visual roots, and that’s a good thing. Continue reading Devastatingly Beautiful
